We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance metrics unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting ad content.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your ads comply with the advertising policies of the selected social media platforms.
- You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, or violates any Nigerian or international law.
- You agree not to upload any content that infringes upon third-party rights, including intellectual property.

5. Ad Approval & Rejection
All ad submissions are subject to review and approval by ShowAds.ng.

We reserve the right to reject any advertisement for any reason, including but not limited to content that violates platform policies or community standards.

6. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in advance.

- ShowAds.ng accepts payment via approved channels, including cards, transfers, and payment gateways.
- Ads will only go live after full payment and successful review.
- Payments are non-refundable once the ad has been submitted for publication unless there is a proven technical error on our part.

7. Intellectual Property
ShowAds.ng owns all rights to its platform, branding, and tools.

You retain rights to your own content but grant ShowAds.ng a license to use it for the purpose of advertising on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability
ShowAds.ng will not be liable for:
- Any damages resulting from delays, platform outages, or errors on third-party platforms.
- Performance of your ad campaign, unless under a guaranteed delivery contract.
- Loss of profits, business, or data.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ShowAds.ng if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or misused our platform.
